It's soft water vs hard water. The minerals in Scottish water (soft water) make it very good for making tea and coffee taste better.

Sometimes I go to the city and sample the fancy teas in the tea shop made with nice filtered water and buy some and bring them home and make them with tap water and wonder "why do they taste gross now? They didn't taste gross before!"

For those asking for context on the Rore art, I have very little as my parents don’t remember this project at all, but it’s from some school project I did in approximately first grade that involved rhyming. I did flip/stack the tiger art for the post. Originally, for some reason, I drew the roar backwards, which is kind of cute and I should have left that as-is. I really lost steam by the dinosaur drawing.
