Ingredients: 1 can 20 ounces pineapple chunks, drained. 1 cup coconut yogurt. 1 cup vegan whipped topping. 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained. 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries. 1 cup sliced bananas. 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional.
Instructions: Put pineapple chunks, coconut yogurt, and vegan whipped topping in a large bowl and mix them together. Mini vegan marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin orange segments, chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, and chopped pecans if using should all be added slowly and carefully. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on before serving. Enjoy!
