Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons curry powder. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon minced ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine coconut milk, curry powder, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, and coriander. Mix well. Add sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
