Many times PMOS is diagnosed to hide other conditions and variations. It is seen as “less distressing”. Ovotestes, chromosome variation, hormonal profile, all explained away as a more “acceptable” condition to have.

Leaning into the cissexist and intersexist way PMOS id talked about tells me that you don’t see peoppe with PMOS as anything other than a chubby white cis binary woman with chin hair and acne.

Trans women, trans men, transmascs, transfems, non binary people, etc. can all get PMOS.

So, YES, an AFAB person could have PMOS, but so can a AMAB person, since those labels were originally made to describe intersex people. And like... PMOS is a intersex condition... like- RAAAAHHHHG

i think i did see that and im pretty sure all they said was that fictional csam isnt the same as actual csa and as somebody who was sexually abused as a child i am inclined to agree. like if u consume fictional csem, i am Heavily judging you, but that's not the same as actually abusing a child and we shouldnt be pretending like it is. and even if they were like actually saying "i like reading stories where csa happens" thats still not the same as actually abusing a child. anyway it might be a different situation but i think i remember that and thats my take on it as someone who was sexually abused as a child and has been forced to make actual csem of myself as a child

Which yes, is immoral to consume and there's studies saying those who consume it often go on to consume real csem or even commit crimes against children [from online grooming to real life abuse]. [2][3]

It's not about the difference between "fiction and reality", it's the real world psychological reasonings for seeking that content out AND the affects it has on people.

YOU get to be all "people who do that are pretty awful and bad" when it's justifiable. But when someone else justifiably does the same, you think it's wrong?
