"Black cis women are TMA because they get transvestigated and denied womanhood a lot" Yeah okay, if only there was a word or two to describe the hypermasculinization of Black women, or denying them womanhood or personhood. Beats me though
saw a post arguing that trans*ndrophobia should exist as a term even though other types of men do not get their own unique terms (ie, black men do not get a counterpart term to misogynoir, etc), and that the reason for this is because "discrimination against transmascs is more complex and nuanced than against cis male minorities" and that's gotta be one of the whitest, most birthday boy ass sentences ever conceived.
Ok, so you don't like TMA/TME. You don't like that its a "harmful binary."
Good! You should hate it!
We do too. That's the whole point. You think we like being subjected to transmisogyny?
The problem is that you are regarding transfeminists, and trans women in general, as if we are the ones who created this situation instead of the transmisogynists who actually created it and are enforcing it. We're just describing it, giving it a name so that we can fight it. If you hate it so much, why are you attacking the women who are trying to end it?
Hey! Stop doing material analysis of societal biases! Thatβs oppression olympics!
Anyway, hereβs a five paragraph essay on why men are actually oppressed, if you take this away from me youβre basically hitler.

seeing agab used as an adjective or a noun to dehumanize transfems makes me want to kill people. fuck you and you aren't an ally for wokely misgendering us.
If I see one more "afab only queer space"...
please someone tell me how this is any different from cis transphobes going "you're so heckin valid (even though you're not a Real man/woman)"
i think telling trans men they're not men in a way that counts is heinously transphobic actually. all these people are obviously transmisogynists as well but atp i'm marking them red for their good old fashioned transphobia too
i've fought cis people who were dear to me for saying shit like this, why should i tolerate it from shitty dudes who, adding insult to injury, aren't just saying it because they're parroting the transphobic background noise of the world rn but to actively deny they benefit from transmisogyny??? fuck all the way off. i'm so tired of people on my asks telling me i should give more grace to ""my community"". these people are not my community and if i could i'd spit on every one of their faces until i died from dehydration
if you say or believe things similar to what's in the screenshot in the first post of this chain, i want you to know this is exactly the kind of people that rhetoric attracts. one would think receiving anons like these would be especially upsetting, but, as i said, this is simply the logical continuation of the arguments by oop. what else do you think "you might be the gender man but not the class men" mean? to my eyes, this terf here is not more transphobic than oop -they're saying exactly the same thing, hence my vitriol. anyway, speaking of oop and people defending them: these are your buddies! have fun!
It's because they're using a sex-gender split and subbing in class instead of sex. It reads the exact same and means the exact same because it's the exact same argument. Just boils back down to sex-based oppression talking points.
Maybe I'm too woke, but I am dubious of how oversaturated positivity posts like this are. "It's okay to be a masculine trans woman! Don't feel bad about those things that make you dysphoric I promise you're so cool for being masculine actually!"
Would you be equally excited if a trans woman presented femininely, or looked like a woman, or does work to alleviate her dysphoria?
I think many falsely assume that a trans woman being feminine is "less transgressive" than being masculine, which is so backwards. Society wants nothing less than for a trans woman to be feminine. It is transgressive to society when a trans woman is feminine.
The same goes for trans men, in reverse. Transphobes mock us with the idea that we can never be feminine as trans women, or masculine as trans men.
Prove them wrong.
Remember, you are the most oppressed if you come on a trans woman's blog where she talks about transmisogyny and argue with her but she has the audacity to stand up for herself. There is no greater form of oppression than a trans woman who won't sit down and shut up!
come on down to the transandrophobia movement! we've got:
β’ strawman of a transfem's argument
β’ strawman of a transfem's argument
β’ strawman of a transfem's argument
β’ regular transphobia
β’ strawman of a transfems argument
anyways this is why men are oppressed π

If you are a transfem in a progressive space, you are not a person.
You are a prop, an ornament, a display piece. If you experience soul crushing grief or sadness at the things you're constantly forced to face, you cannot cry, you cannot break, and under no circumstances can you raise your voice.
Unlike the real people present in these spaces, you are not here to have your problems assisted. You are here to look pretty so that those real people can feel good about having a complete collection of vulnerable groups present.
If you make it too clear that you're damaged goods, you can always be tossed out and replaced with someone who smiles more. If you're too loud, people might even start thinking that keeping a creature like you around isn't even worth it for the collection, so keep those thoughts to yourself unless you selfishly want to hurt your kind even more.
Your non-transmisogynised supporters do not care about your wellbeing. They care about your mint condition.
The solution, in my eyes, is to break free of that glass display cabinet and force them to drag you out kicking and screaming. The glass may make you bleed a lot, might hurt the ones who put you in the box, but once you're tossed out back into the dump you'll be able to cuddle with the other discarded dolls and you might just be able to cry in peace.
The reclaimed birthday boy flag. Men are so unserious.
To the trans girl reading this: it is never to late to transition. It is never too late to question your gender identity. It is never too late for anything. Live your dreams and be your happiest self. Don't leave yourself wondering of what could've been when it could be now. I will wrap my arms around you and embrace you, even if you want to transition in your mid 30s or 40s. Even if you've already had puberty and your body has developed. It will never be too late.
If you aren't sure what pronouns to use for a trans woman or trans fem, just use she/her. That's the safe bet. Not they/them.
It is transmisogynistic to default to they/them for a transfem.
sometimes u have to make ur friends uncomfortable by making them aware they've said something reactionary and u have to let them sit in that discomfort bc otherwise they'll not question anything
