Since getting top surgery (1.5 months post-op), I feel like crazy comfortable, just like, calling my pecs titties, or saying "I'm just a girl", and using other fem slang in general. It's crazy that gender affirming care affirms your gender so hard that I feel comfortable being more fluid in my language and presentation.
