Because in almost all corporations in Japan, women are OBLIGATED to wear high heels, they even often stipulate the the minimum height of the heel. So yeah, maybe a bit of racism, but it’s also a common practice in Japan, so not far off.

They don’t have uteruses. The slogan is about abortion, which is something that only effects people with uteruses.
