Goals to the end of July
1. Eat clean! Whole foods only - no processed, no junk 2. Run! Build up endurance to get back to running 5ks and maybe a marathon (MAYBE A DISNEY WORLD RACE) 3. Drink enough water! Skip sweet tea and go for water! 4. Reach 30 pushups non-stop! (I only just reached the ability to do 20 yesterday) 5. Lift weights! Keep up the strength training routine - it’s working. 6. Sleep earlier! Put the phone down by 11:30 and try to be asleep by midnight.
Basically all the same goals (minus the marathon lol cross me out for that one)
