I hate that every single business now will send you a survey after every visit and if you don't say the employees treated you better a king they get yelled at and lose their bonus for the year. and it annoys me in the process.

My bank would send surveys specifying that they were only about that visit and that employee. One client gave all low ratings because he was mad about the situation that brought him in, but his comments about how my coworker fixed his problem were glowing.

Our entire branch didn't get bonuses because of it.
