Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 4 tablespoons butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, shaking off excess. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
