ENDEAVOUR 4x4 — HARVEST

This seems to be becoming a tradition now to make a cheesecake with these adorable little pumpkins. Every time I find them in John Lewis I have to get them and do something with them. So far it's more or less the same thing, get the pumpkins and put it on a cheesecake! This year the pumpkins were chocolate in colour so I made a chocolate orange cheesecake and coloured some white chocolate with orange colouring to make the swirl.

I'm into my autumnal vibes now. These mocha hazelnut thumbprint cookies are so delicious and easy to make. You mix the ingredients together, chill it for a while, roll balls of it into hazelnuts and add a little dip, then pipe on some ganache. I must admit I used Nutella for mine as it only added to the hazelnut flavour!
