hello! i’m back :) 

i use a couple of stim toys but this one’s my favourite

i think about this a lot. it helps me when things seem like i can’t move forward anymore. but then i remember i beat sans undertale, so i can do anything. 

i’m really bad at updating this tumblr but i really want to make an effort now to post my comics here, too 

sometimes its easier to not look

despite paying my therapist an exorbitant amount of money, listening to her when she says to do seemingly pointless things is still difficult but, as always, she's right and going outside does help

i'm really trying the therapy techniques but it's still hard

an intro to the vessel of my thoughts! this is ghostie and they never look consistent because my art skills are on par with my social skills - both are terrible
