Over the last week I've cashed in on years of good behavior. Thinking about getting a beef tenderloin from Sam's Club when I get home after watching a youtube video mom wanted to show me. I'll break it down into the tenderloin, sirloin steaks and, cube meat for stews. It also included how to make cowboy butter, a horseradish sauce and, a mushroom sauce.

I want to cook a meal for the mutuals from the tenderloin and the sirloin steaks. I'll make the cowboy butter and mushroom sauce. Maybe I can do a stir fry of the cube meat with onions and garlic and peppers. We'll have garlic mashed potatoes, baked asparagus, glazed carrots, maybe some steamed snap peas. I might even make a cheesecake or my peach coffee cake.
