At first, it seemed as if the princess of Novoselic hadn’t heard the baritone of his voice as her gaze remained transfixed on the tableau playing out before her. She couldn’t bear to tear her eyes away from it, its beauty moved her so… though she knew that many wouldn’t be capable of comprehending its perfection. The brilliant reds and oranges and yellows of the flames, the harmony as screams in soprano and tenor and bass and alto came together to build a symphony of agony… the smell of napalm and charring flesh was a bouquet she drew in with a deep breath, only letting it out when the edges of her vision began to waver. Only then did she turn those bright eyes to the man beside her, her tone dripping in bliss that was rimmed in despair.

“Did I? I suppose I have been watching for awhile, now… but can you blame me for lingering? Just look at it! Isn’t it beautiful?”

Uh, hi everyone.

I’m still very sorry for my lack of interactions in the past few months. Life has been… well hell to put it lightly. We’ve had a lot of family issues, my own mental health has taken a real dive, along with a whole array of other issues that have just made me…. not want to do anything.

I’m really planning to be back in the new year. But, in doing so, I’ll likely end up dropping the majority of my threads for my own peace of mind. (Not to mention in a chrome crash I lost EVERYTHING for Izuru which is another reason why I haven’t been here.)

Thank you all for still sticking around, and I hope to bring my goth boy back soon.
