We also found a paper saying she's cleared out my niece's trust of $20,000. I gave her $1,800 to buy a new washer and dryer and she got a broken washer, twice. As in, I have three broken washers now. She just threw the other two out the back door and covered them with a tarp and told me it was something else, but I'm trying to clean up the mess she made of this house and found them.

I had a good day yesterday as well once it sunk in that I don't have to live on ramen and water anymore. I got the niece and I a pair of fat kid specials from the pizza place. I'm going to put my niece's truck in the shop to have an overhaul because it died six months after my sister moved in because her only skill is wrecking cars and she's never had a license longer than six months in her 41 years of life but insisted only she drive because, I'm "an unsafe driver,"
