talkin to myselfffff again bc I love talking about my life and stuff but I don’t actually want anyone to know about it... weird but anyway I’m just super happy bc I’m finally going to be starting school and it’s going to be 99% paid for by my job and a scholarship I’m eligible for through it and I’ll also be starting in my own room soon in my favorite age to work with and a super competent coteacher who I actually get along with so I’m going to get to genuinely see the kids I love and work with grow and change every single day and know that is directly related to me and the things I get to do with them and teach them. Also just my relationship is (as always!) just so amazing and he took cute(jk I looked ugly but he though I looked cute) sleeping pics of me this morning and he just makes me feel so loved every single day🥺🥺🥺🥺 my life is so perfect and I don’t know how I got to be this happy but it’s amazing

hello to come back to this I’m literally starting school next month and I have gotten to work with my favorite age so so much and see my kids grow and talk more and express themselves and I love my job! I’ve also gotten 2 raises in a month bc they genuinely appreciate me and what I do for them! I’m still so in love and we’re forever just getting better and more in love, I’m so proud of him and what he’s accomplishing right now and how much he’s grown as a person over our relationship and I’m just very happy, thanks

coming back to update this it did Not end well for the job bc they did not match inflation and also started breaking state laws and also refused to pay me my earned vacation pay so I walked out but I miss my kids a Lot:((( but I make more and work way closer to home and thats much much more worth it… also it did make my relationship even better ( again!!!) bc we get to spend so much more time together bc I was working 55+ hours counting my commute so thats wonderful but I’m still mad at my old job so

hey wow update however many years later I have excelled at my job and am now a manager in a completely different department (quality)and my adhd has actually been a huge asset to that! Also I think I’m actually the healthiest I’ve ever been and my dearest husband is a lot of that bc he makes sure I take my vitamins and stuff (got me folic acid in the shape of a HEART!!) and in October we’ll have been married a year! We’re still in the middle of cosmetically remodeling a house and it’s really starting to feel like home and so cozy. Anyway that’s Cam’s day drunk(1 glass of wine) 2024 life update. ALSO we adopted a baby possum and raised her and she’s the light of our life

I hate that I’m always trying to find cool biology themed stuff to wear but all the “nature inspired” clothing companies just have like two crossed arrows or a minimalistic mountain on a sweatshirt. Fucking lame, that’s barely even nature-adjacent. Put the life cycle of a salamander on a jacket, put hyena skeleton patterns on leggings, put a damn field guide of birds of prey on a peacoat and THEN you can have my money. Do NOT give me a shirt with a leaf on it that says “stay wild” or some bullshit I would much prefer clothing that broadcasts to everyone around me how many teeth an adult Jaguar has or how some pitcher plants can catch and digest rats.

On the other side of this, once after getting taken to the ER by ambulance, I got an email from the professor whose class I’d passed out in, and the message had no text, just the subject line “you good?”
