These Dipped Chocolate Peppermint Cookies are a delightful holiday treat, perfect for festive gatherings and cookie exchanges. The combination of rich chocolate, refreshing peppermint, and creamy white chocolate makes them irresistibly delicious!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup crushed peppermint candies. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is creamy and well mixed. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add this dry mix to the wet ones, mixing just until everything is combined. The semisweet chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies should be carefully mixed in. Drop dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets that have been prepared using a cookie scoop or rounded tablespoons. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set. The centers might still look a little soft. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the shortening and white chocolate chips in 30 second bursts, stirring after each burst until the mixture is smooth. If you want the cookies to set, dip them half way into the melted white chocolate and set them on parchment paper. For extra flair, add some more crushed peppermint candies on top of the melted chocolate. Let the chocolate set all the way before you serve it or put it away in a container that won't let air in.

It's easy and quick to make these Air Fryer Tacos with Ground Beef when you want a taco. The air fryer makes the tortillas crispy while keeping the filling juicy and tasty. For a great taco night, you can change the toppings to your liking.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 8 small flour tortillas. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onions. 1/4 cup diced green bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup salsa. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup shredded lettuce. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown. Get rid of any extra fat. Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and do what it says on the packet. Usually, you need to add water and let it cook for a few minutes. For a few minutes, heat up your air fryer to 350F 175C. Spread out a tortilla on a clean surface. In the middle of the tortilla, put some seasoned ground beef. Add some shredded cheddar cheese on top. To make a taco, fold the tortilla in half and use toothpicks to hold it together. Spray cooking spray lightly on the air fryer basket to keep food from sticking. Toss the tacos together and put them in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don't touch. For 5 to 7 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts, air fry at 350F 175C. Get the toppings ready while the tacos are cooking. In a bowl, mix together chopped tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers, black olives, and cilantro. With care, take the toothpicks out of the tacos when they're done and put them on a plate. Put some fresh salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and the ready-made toppings mix on top of each taco. Have fun with your tasty Air Fryer Tacos with Ground Beef!
