For anyone struggling to start working out cause they canβt do certain exercises to the fullest yet:
Holding ANY position is already a good workout !
Holding a position, no matter how βsimpleβ for as long as you can, for 3-5 times WITH pauses in between is already a good work out.
Holding your arms out to your sides, with a straight back, shoulder rolled back down and core engaged ? Thatβs an exercise right there. Adding weights later on if you want even if itβs βjustβ 0,5 kg. You donβt have to immediately jump to pull-ups and push-ups.
After all, there is a reason there a βplankβ or βchairβ competitions: Holding the same pose for as long as possible is freaking hard enough already.

if some people find me annoying and can't stand me because of how i think and act then that means i'm a fully realized human being with my own personality and opinions and free will and not just a reflective surface for other people's desires, which is in fact a good thing despite what people who want you to just be a reflection of their own opinions and desires will tell you, and why being considered "cringe" or whatever doesn't bother me at all
also it's really funny when you're confident enough in yourself to know that people not liking you isn't always a sign that you're the problem. like there's something undeniably hilarious about being aware your mere existence has the power to piss someone off and ruin their day and i recommend embracing it.

Like, I was a teenage girl who frankly just stopped bothering to fit into mainstream beauty ideals at some point, and I would regularly make myself just one big massive pot of pasta and devour it completely. This wasn't even stress eating or anything, I just genuinely needed the energy because you know, I was a teenager and my body was developing. I feel like so many teenage girls think they need to eat as little as possible to be petite and pretty, but the truth is that your body is developing just as intensely as teenage boys' bodies. Eat more, please, your body needs it.
