Its been a while since I've posted on this page And I'll humbly apologize if I've put anyone in a rage I would simply like to say Soon the poetry will return,      for that there's no need to pray So go about your days And soak in the sun's rays But keep a lookout, and strengthen your gaze I'll soon be out of this non poetic phase - Flo

To those That learn The ways of life To those That earn Their knowledge with strife To those That burn With passion so bright I applaud you I aspire to be you I love you

I fear the day That love is veiled For that means my tries Have all been fails So I pray all night And I pray all day For a love that shines Brighter than sun rays One that sings With hope of rings One that tells Of days spent well One that dances Like a fox that prances Without a care In a world of lances Oh how I hope Oh how I dream For a love so real That real it cant seem Oh how I pray For the words to say That a love such as that Can be more than a fact Oh how I dream Oh how I seek Oh how I search For the odors that Love reeks.

As I stand there living      In the glare of those eyes I try to look up      But cant even see the sky It's blocked by the cheers,      The lights, and the craze But for reasons I cant recall      It was all just a haze But a quick tap on my shoulder And my mind dropped like a boulder Back into my brain Where it then remained My thoughts weighed a ton My body was quite done My struggles were then gone My victory I had won.

Love is like a      Dove           Dove Flying up and      Above           bove Warmed up by the      Sun           Sun Making rain clouds      Run           Run Flying soaring      High           High Shining in blue      Skies           Sky Living with the      Stars           Stars Heaven's Angel       Guard            Guard Love is like a dove       Dove            Dove

Would I purposely Blind myself Because nothing else Compares to  your wealth? Would I die A thousand times Just so you Could live and shine? Would I let you Love another To put your happiness Above all other? Yes I would Because I love You with all Beyond and above

It wouldnt take long To recognize intrigue In one as so divine In you it would seem So dont be surprised Of the gifts that you reek Because its those talents in you That my heart does seek Stay strong Live long Be cool Forever you

The truth      is what we rue The lies      are what we hide The days      are on their way And life      is ready to fly.

I hide behind The light in your eyes Yet all you see is darkness Because the rays have turned To face the days that spurn As I await to earn The light of your heart But I find myself fighting your past To be a part of your future But as it scrapes At my aches That only time has made I find myself trapped Inside my imagination Thinking of ways to escape the creation That you made in thought nation Only to find desolation In the worlds of fixations The longer I can’t open my eyes Another memory dies Replaced not by what they want you to be But by what I see In the reflection of your eyes All reality dies Induced by the truth that hides In the hideous lies That reside In what we confide Yet my love for you is one thing I cannot hide I will love you until the day I die And my blood runes dry As I cry And wait for you to realize that you run through my veins You are all of me Why can’t you see You set me free Of all that keep Me from being Full

When you leave my mind Rub your shoes on the welcome mat That is my heart When you enter my thoughts Knock first So I may welcome you fully clothed In robes of trust and love When you sit in the seat That many others have tried to fill Please know Ill love all, but you must first Love me.
