If you read about Mr. Biden, after having been vice president, was a confused man talking with a person writing his memoirs. His family fought in court for many years to avoid these tapes being made public.He even gave him access to documents he said were classified.

However, as President, he instructed the DOJ to have a FBI raid looking for classified at President Trump's residence while Biden was President. Did he forget that he had similar classifed documents, or was Alzheimer's / dementia that severe then that he forgot.
