Thinking about Niall telling Ruben he's gay and then telling him he's been seeing Alby. And then Ruben being like (paraphrased) "wait was that Alby was trying to tell me right before I beat him into a coma? I was in prison over a decade for that". And they're laughing but like. Once again Ruben is treating it as Niall's fault that he's went to prison. This time not just for Niall refusing to lie at at the trial (and frame Alby as a sexual predator), but also for Ruben nearly killing Alby in the first place.

And this is shortly after Maura's funeral, where Ruben said he was finally taking responsibility for his actions. But he isn't, of course. Not fully.

(Obviously Ruben also blamed Benji for nearly killing him, but that was before Maura's funeral. Also Ruben's attack on Alby was a central event of the series, while Benji was more of an echo.)
