Character study masquerading as pornography. Arguments where everyone behaves badly…. I love conflict and problems. >:)

9 How do you find new fic to read?

In a big fandom with tons of fic to sort through I’m often filtering for Ship > Explicit > “specific kink” and things of that nature. In a smaller fandom I just look through the whole tag. What is sick and twisted about me is I’m incapable of writing pwp where the whole point is just to be hot and fun but that’s one of my favorite kinds of fic to read. Recently tried to write simple Ship + Daddy Kink pwp and it turned into a meditation on intergenerational trauma. Sad

10 How do you decide what to write?

11 Are you partial to a certain character/pairing or are you more equal-opportunity? If you are partial to any character/pairing, why do you think that is?

I definitely have favorites in any given fandom but my favorites can change over time and I like stories with enough characters that I can bounce around and get interested in different facets of canon

23 What’s a trope, AU, or concept you’ve never written, but would like to?

Nothing comes to mind! With fanfic for me usually the hard part is getting an interesting idea and the actual writing of it comes easily from there

30 Have you ever written something that was out of your comfort zone? If so, what was it, and how did it affect your approach to writing fic thereafter?
