AFTER TWO MONTHS I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THE BACK OF THIS VEST. yes it is all embroidered. freehanded, drew a sketch on the vest with sharpie and then just went at it. i still have some stuff im doing on the front + another pocket to add and then im dying some linen and using that for the lining. may add a fish skeleton to the weird flap at the top.

god i need a better pic of the finished patch but anyways. i'm hoping to use it to make a tote bag using fish fabrics i got from the same op shop. coz it looks like being underwater

it's made from mostly birch, with a few pieces of oak. it's very stable, and with the knobs it's easy to adjust. the whole thing can be taken apart to take up less space for storing. and the whole thing weighs probably no more than a kilo, if that.
