So, here I am again, getting ready to move into my car. My application for short-term disability back pay has been temporarily rejected due to issues with my ID. Now, I'm waiting on my duplicate, updated driver license because the first one never arrived at my mailing address. It's gonna be a full month until I get it and can finally appeal the decision to reject. It feels like everything I do is a lesson in futility.
living in my car indefinitely now ~
Mainly because of the now inhumane delays (see above) that continue to keep me from getting my medical sick leave back pay. Finally got an invitation to go live with my brother & his wife in Florida--but doing so means losing my Connecticut-based Medicade. My meds alone are $1,800+/month, so that's a no-go.
Focusing hour by hour is the only way to get through this. I currently have $30 to live on (food & gas), after that, I'm gonna be on God's good grace. Not even trying to raise funds to keep a room, just maybe a few bucks so I can eat after I run out of cash.

Gotta be frank. I'm spiraling pretty badly right now. The time spins out in front of me, all the hours of sleeplessness to come, no end in sight. Hanging at Dunkin' until 8pm, then an hour in my car, then 9-11pm at McDonald's again (after nearly 5 hours there earlier today). Then back to my car all night long. No end in sight. Not a single bit of hope that it will end in the coming days. It's breaking me.
I want to lay down so desperately.
Barely slept last night (90? minutes total). Two brief naps this morning from which I awoke into a panic attack. Kidneys barely producing, which I take as my pattern when my body is under duress. Live blogging my exhaustion.
