Hey. If people aren't aware, Microsoft admitted they know who you and where you are at all times and will give your info to the police.
They have a Global Device Identifier (GDID) Tracker that functions as a fingerprint for your PC that can surpass VPNs, proxy servers and countries. Although it can't survive a clean reinstall of Windows (it can survive updates), because Microsoft forces you to go to the internet and log in into a Microsoft account, they will be able to get to you.
Microsoft kept it secret and it was only found out when the FBI tracked a hacker thanks to the information Microsoft gave them.
You should be paying attention to this, and possibly consider moving away from Windows. If a government, especially the US government, doesn't like you for some reason, this could be seriously concerning.

What has researchers uneasy is everything else the case reveals. Costin Raiu, a well-known malware researcher, asked on the Three Buddy Problem podcast how much of this exists on other platforms, and whether it is linked more permanently to hardware. Matthew Hickey, another security researcher, called Windows “surveillance software”.
Two things back that up:
There’s no consent screen. A GDID gets assigned when you sign into a Microsoft Account. Apple’s advertising identifier needs an App Tracking Transparency prompt and a visible reset; Android’s works the same way. GDID has neither, and a Windows reinstall only gets you a new number Microsoft can still get back to the same account.
Then there’s activation. Massgrave, the group behind Microsoft Activation Scripts, notes that Windows setup sends hardware info to Microsoft and gets identifiers back, the same tokens later used for Store access and licensing: “It’s impossible to prevent Windows from getting a GDID without breaking activation and UWP app[s].” Anyone who lost a license after swapping a motherboard has already met a smaller version of this.

You can get and use windows 11 without logging in with a microsoft account, as of five days ago. I am a local user on my computer. Don't ask me how to do it, because my computer repair guy did it when he reinstalled windows, but there are tutorials out there. Someone once told me my biology degree was fake because I said humans weren't sexual dimorphic.
A male human and a female human are roughly the same size and same coloration.
Meanwhile, male black widow spiders are brown and a tenth the size of females. Anglerfish females are a full foot long and have a bioluminescent protrusion on their heads; males are barely half an inch long with no bioluminescence or protrusions. Male elephant seals are ten times bigger than females and have massive snouts. Male orangutans have big jowls and neck sacs that look like goiters, while females look more like other apes. Peacocks have flashy coloration and a long tail that they can display. The females are brown and simple.
Humans aren't sexually dimorphic! You only know someone's gender because of cultural identifiers, like clothing or hair.
The big things for primate sexual dimorphism tend to be canine size and body size. Male primates in sexually dimorphic species tend to have HUGE canine teeth for better threat displays, and are bigger for similar reasons.
Lowland Gorilla males tend to be 2.38x on average the mass of Lowland Gorilla females. Humans? That ratio is something line 1.15.
Male gorilla canines tend to be about 2 inches long, easily twice the length of some of their other teeth. Male humans have canines the exact same length as human female canines and the exact same length as the rest of our teeth.
Not that it detracts from the point at all, but the bit in the second post about orangutans is only partially true; they effectively have 3 sexes: females, flanged males (which were the ones described), and unflanged males. Unflanged males lack the "jowls" (flanges (crazy how that works)) and neck sacs and are only marginally bigger than females. All males are at one point unflanged, but they may or may not be able to become flanged due to a mixture of environmental and genetic factors, with it only depending on age insofar as it cannot happen until after they're sexually mature (meaning it is distinct from, though dependent on, sexual maturity; a male can be unflanged and sexually mature). (Sexually mature) unflanged males also behave completely differently from flanged ones (or females or juvenile males for that matter). Also let me emphasize again, SOME unflanged males are GENETICALLY capable of becoming flanged; some just Aren't, so it's like Kind Of a development thing Sometimes but not really. Just wanted to yap about this because I saw something related that was technically wrong and felt the need to correct it because I'm a pedant, and also it gave me an excuse to talk about sexual dimorphism in orangutans and how it's super weird and super interesting. :)
