i know i shouldn't rag on something i myself haven't fully engaged with but i looked inside myself for a few seconds and understood that i am not going to see the mando movie anytime soon or maybe ever so im listening to the amca bonus ep about it and, again prefacing that i do like mandude and baby i do think they're cute i enjoyed season one, but anyway here in my semi-private jokes corner i can't believe they're putting out this endless toothless cutesy parent and child drivel but they took qimir away from me

no one including the characters/players/me being concerned about lark's latest brush with death has been the funniest bit about recent dnd to me. it was mostly that the game circumstance and pacing didn't really make it feel like a moment one could acknowledge and also that the gm clearly wasn't going to commit, but i like to think that everyone at this point is just like well whatever lark has possibly probably died before (she's never transparent about this) but has always come back so why get worked up about it
