These Ranch Steak Potato Kabobs are a flavorful twist on traditional kabobs. Tender beef sirloin steak is marinated in a zesty ranch seasoning mix, paired with hearty potatoes for a satisfying meal straight from the grill.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 lb small potatoes, halved. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and black pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Thread beef cubes and potato halves onto the skewers, alternating between beef and potatoes. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to desired doneness and the potatoes are tender. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients: 1 cup of freshly brewed strong coffee. 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. 1/4 cup of heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Whipped cream for topping. Ground nutmeg for garnish.
Instructions: Make a pot of your favorite strong coffee. Put the brown sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder in a small saucepan and mix them together. Slowly add the heavy cream while whisking the mixture over low heat all the time. Keep doing this until it is smooth and well combined. Add the cinnamon powder to the cocoa mix and mix it in. Put the freshly brewed coffee into a Christmas-themed mug. Pour the cocoa mix into the coffee slowly and stir it around until it's well combined. Add a big dollop of whipped cream on top. For a holiday touch, sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top. Warm and cozy Christmas coffee is ready to be served.

Instructions: Put the prosciutto and salami slices on a large serving platter or board and arrange them in a wreath shape. Spread out the cheddar cheese cubes on the wreath, and then add the brie cheese wedges. For a splash of color, put grapes, cherry tomatoes, and olives in the middle of the wreath. Add more texture and sweetness to the wreath by scattering almonds and dried apricots on top of it. Add some fresh rosemary sprigs to the wreath to make it look more holiday-like. Ingredients: 1 package 200g smoked tofu, cubed. 200g mushrooms, sliced. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 200ml vegan sour cream. 200ml vegetable broth. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 300g green beans, trimmed.
Instructions: In a big pan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Put in the garlic and onion, and cook them until they get soft. Put in the mushrooms and cook until their juices come out. Soy sauce, vegetable broth, and smoked tofu should all be mixed in. After 10 minutes, add the vegan sour cream and stir it in. Add pepper and salt to taste. Boil water in a different pot and cook the green beans for 5 to 7 minutes, until they are soft. Put the stroganoff on top of green beans that have been cooked.

Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside. While the fish is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 20 seconds per side, until they are soft and pliable. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeo, and lime juice to make the mango salsa. Season with salt and pepper. In another bowl, mash the ripe avocados and mix in Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime zest, salt, and pepper to make the avocado lime sauce.
