AAHHH, this is super late @thatsaysalotalotalot. Husband whisked me away from the weekend. Here is a little something I've been working on.

A Winter Wedding:

"Do you have any plans this evening?"

The rim of his wife's mug remained pressed against her bottom lip as she lifted her gaze to his side of the table. Gendry placed his fork down, then mentally cataloged his schedule. He shrugged and shook his head once. She tapped a finger on the side of her mug, took a drink, and cleared her throat. "You wanna go out tonight? With me?"

He wasn't sure if it was the timid tone or the fact he was being asked out. The longer he took to respond, the worse things would be. Gendry didn't want to fuck this up. His lips twitched as he scooped up more scrambled eggs for his plate. "Mrs. Waters, are you asking me out on a date?"

Arya huffed a laugh, then threw a piece of her biscuit at his face. He caught it and popped it in his mouth with a smirk. She stood and placed both plate and mug in the sink, rinsed them, and turned to leave. Gendry reached out and pulled her closer to his side. He saw a quip on the tip of her tongue, but she quickly sealed her lips as she noticed the lack of distance between them. Gendry had half a thought to tug her onto his lap. He had a lot of thoughts lately when it came to her…to them.

"What time?"

Skepticism was written on her face as she studied his features, and then her grey eyes landed on his lips. His heart skipped a beat and he couldn't stop thinking he liked her looking at him. "Seven," she whispered, still staring. "Wear something pretty."
