I have seen substantially more of it in the tag than I have seen Anything in there depicting either of the other human characters (white woman, black man) in project hail mary, in any capacity. im going to do a harm to someone.

it is upwards of 50% of the tag I think. I am thinking about the many justifications so often made for why fandom tends to focus so hard on characters of a certain demographic at the expense of characters from any other demographic. I am thinking about that very much. and I am biting.

I never understood the saying "the world is your oyster" because oysters are famously very difficult to open and don't really have much meat in them and they taste kind of bad, if the saying was "the world is your tiramisu" I would understand because tiramisu is amazing incredible but oysters aren't all that and I am sorry but I have to speak my truth
