Just saw “Is God Is” and came out of that theatre crying. Sobbing even. It was a phenomenal movie and I would highly recommend people going to see it and support it in theatre if they can. I watched it in a small theatre with only my sister and me in the room, and it definitely enhanced the experience. I want that movie on DVD.

"they're just fictional characters, they're not real!" ok. but you do know that the poc you share the fandom with ARE real tho, right? right? you know they can see the way you react to and treat marginalized characters, right? please tell me you understand that at the very least. please.

i understand that it's unreasonable to expect a band on world tour to play in every country in the world but i do think they should only be allowed to call it a world tour if they play in every continent. we need to make it embarrassing to say world tour and then not even step foot in africa
