Hello! Raven the scribe here with some updates! Mom has been able to file for her green card renewal, although she still hasn't been able to secure a new job. That unfortunately means all rent and bills must be covered by me, and I fear a florist's wages aren't enough for everything. My younger brother has been able to settle down and stabilize with his medication since coming out of the hospital, although his condition makes it difficult to get anyone to hire him, and his current job doesn't give him many hours. All the major events and problems we've had recently means that we still owe over $1,000 in rent for February, and more still will be needed for upcoming bills. At this point, any and all help is truly appreciated! Thank you all!

Phoenix is an incredible person and such a hardworking and kind father that has been through so much. He has been such an important and active member of my local trans community and I am now coming to the internet to ask that you please donate anything you can to his go fund me to secure the downpayment and moving costs for his habitat for humanity home. He has put in so many hours volunteering despite still being a dad and being disabled. Their habitat home is getting closer and closer to being finished, and being on limited income they need help with the downpayment. Once they are in the home, they will not have to ever pay more than 33% of their income for the mortgage and the interest rate is 0%. This means they will not have to worry about homelessness ever again.

Please help me go into remission from Type II diabetes

Hello everyone, I am so sorry to remake this post, but I am very scared. I am experiencing embarassing and vulnerable symptoms- my type II diabetes is becoming progressive, and I am desperate to go into remission. It has affected my liver and my heart, and neuropathy has made me partially incontinent. On April I was hospitalized twice. I have no thyroid, and without medication, it will put me into a myxedema coma and will kill me within days. Hypothyroidism and type II diabetes is making it very difficult for me to find work, as I am from the global south (the Philippines), with government aid only covering 20,000 pesos (around 326 usd) a year. I am the only person in my family who can work; my mother is paralyzed from a brain injury, and my sister is autistic with a very low frustration threshold. I need help covering for my new medication, as I now take metformin twice a day, and phosphates to help with my liver and kidneys, and b complex to help bolster my immune system. Im sorry I keep remaking this post, I am alone and desperate. Community is all I have. Thank you so much for your endless grace and compassion.

I've been on the job hunt for about two months and have not had any luck. Rent is due pretty soon, and I need about $1,100 USD to cover it. If anyone can spare anything, it would be so helpful. I recently went to a place that required you to be scanned to see if you had any hidden weapons. My binder set the scanner off (probably because of the metal zippers in the sides) and someone had to come over and feel me down to see if I was hiding anything. A guy was chosen because I look like a guy, and they typically try to get someone of the same sex to feel you down.

When the guy was feeling my chest, he suddenly looked shocked, and said, rather loudly, "Are you a female??" And I didn't want to explain my situation with intersexuality and gender, for fear of discrimination, so I just lied and said, "Yeah, pretty much." Then, the guy swapped places with a lady who then did the rest of the examination. When the lady saw me, she said "Jesus Christ," at me, as if I had done something wrong by looking the way I do. She looked at me in utter disgust the whole time. Thankfully they didn't feel anywhere else but my chest and sides, and they let me go immediately after, but that situation was pretty disressing to me.
