Not sure if this is a controversial take but I do hc Steve Rogers being a virgin. Not because of some puritanical Catholic reasons, I just think he wouod have too much body-dysmorphia post-serum to ever consider having sex.
If my body was fundamentally changed inti something unrecognisable, and then I was ricocheted into a world where 99% of individuals see me as a tool of propaganda and not a real person and I barely knew anyone past a last-name basis, I would rather die than get naked in front of another person, let alone have sex.
The only people beside Bucky I could see him being comfortable enough ti have that kind of relationship with is a) Thor and b) Sam. But I do not think Steve would ever make the first move so sorry champ 𤡠perpetual virginity for you.
Honestly I just donât think Steve sees sex as a priority. Thereâs always so much shit going on in his life, it takes a back burner to say the very least. In the 30s and 40s he was too busy fighting Nazis and homophobia, in more modern times heâs been putting out fires left and right as well as grieving everything and everyone heâs ever known all at once AND no one cares to get to know *Steve*, they only care about how they can use Captain America.
