A healthy and refreshing salad with quinoa, avocado, and black beans that are full of protein and tossed in a zesty lime dressing.
Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa, rinsed. 2 cups water or vegetable broth. 1 avocado, diced. 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. Juice of 1 lime. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Bring water and quinoa to a boil in a saucepan. Turn down the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is done and the water is gone. Put cooked quinoa, avocado, black beans, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour it over the salad and mix it up. Let it sit at room temperature or in the fridge.

This burger is a tasty take on the traditional French Croque Monsieur sandwich. It has toasted burger buns, juicy beef patties, creamy Dijon-mayo sauce, crispy ham, and melty Gruyre cheese.
Ingredients: 2 burger buns. 4 slices of ham. 4 slices of Gruyre cheese. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Put the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a sauce. Put the cut side of one of the burger buns down on the grill or griddle and toast it for a short time. Put them away. Set the pan on medium heat and melt the butter. After you add the ham slices, cook them for two minutes on each side until they begin to get crispy. Take the ham slices out of the pan and set them aside. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper, then put them on the grill or griddle and cook them until they're done the way you like them. For each burger, put a slice of Gruyre cheese on top to melt while they're cooking. Take them off the heat once they're done cooking and the cheese has melted. Spread the Dijon-mayo sauce on the toasted bun halves to make the Croque Monsieur Burgers. On the bottom bun, put a cooked burger patty with melted cheese. Then, add a slice of crispy ham on top of it. Add the other half of the bun on top to finish the burger. Feel free to serve your Classic Croque Monsieur Burgers hot and enjoy!

There are lots of great flavors in this easy butterscotch fudge recipe. It has marshmallow creme, rich semisweet chocolate, and butterscotch. It is a sweet treat that is great for any event!
Ingredients: 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and unsalted butter in a medium-sized saucepan and heat them over low heat. Always stir the mixture until it's smooth and all the ingredients have melted and mixed well. After taking the pan off the heat, add the vanilla extract and stir it in. The marshmallow creme should be fully mixed in. Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Place the fudge in a cool place to sit for two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan and set it on a cutting board. Make little squares or rectangles out of the fudge. Serve your tasty butterscotch fudge and enjoy it!

Put the mixture in a casserole dish that has been greased. For 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot all the way through and lightly browned on top, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Add mini marshmallows on top during the last 5 minutes of baking, until they are golden brown and melted if you want to. Enjoy while hot!
