while its frustrating, and that i understand, for it to make a process more difficult (and again its a nothing rule that can not be enforced fairly) its not like the rule is there specifically to target any one group of people and your preference to use a base or not isnt intrinsically tied to being disabled in any way and theres still other options available to help (for example references still being allowed) and to imply that disabled people are incapable of doing art otherwise kinda blows my mind
