These coconut popsicles are creamy, sweet, and bursting with tropical flavor. They are perfect for cooling off on a hot day or satisfying your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 2 cups coconut milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes.
Instructions: Put maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a bowl and mix them together. Mix everything together well. Add coconut flakes that have been shred. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
