Crispy corn
I don’t know why it took me a lifetime to finally try crispy corn but, what a revelation! I had it twice this week. It’s this perfect mix of crispy, salty, peppery flavours with a little green onion magic on top. Honestly, every Indian restaurant has its own take on it but the one I had tasted like popcorn’s cooler, spicier version.
As a bhukkad with a purpose, I have to say this one's a keeper.
