Popped my grilling cherry! 😂 Hosted a little bbq at the place I’m puppy/house sitting for since it was such a beautiful day! And the perfect way to end the weekend.  Top left: pineapple, avocado, onion, and chicken marinated in pineapple salsa, cilantro, and mint Top right: hickory bbq chicken, eggplant, pepper, onion in with garlic Bottom left: Cajun blackened chicken, pepper, tomato, and onion  Bottom right: Teriyaki veggie consisting of broccoli, tomato, mushroom, pepper, and onion! 

There were extra veggies that I grilled just to have on the side. I also made a salad w/ cranberries and GF croutons AND even snacked on different crackers and other veggie platter stuff. 

Today was a success. Each rest day is getting a little easier. Especially with such good company.
