Peeling off his sweaty fire suit, Ty tried to rush into the shower without looking in the mirror. He didn't make it though.

Along his arms he could see the scales starting to grow back. Their reflection mocked him.

Everyone saw the Monster sponsorship and thought it was a silly fit for him, but in reality, he was all but trapped. 

Just like Kurt was. 

Just like Riley was becoming. 

Just like Tyler saved himself from.

The claw marks weren't just that of any monster, they were those of a black scaled dragon.

Yeah, I don't like it either but the writing was on the wall. I don't want to say he was a placeholder, but his output hasn't been there.

So my department has 3 units, lets call them A, B, and C. I'm in A and A shares the office block with B.

The B unit cannot keep or find workers, and has had to use quite a few temp workers. One of the B temps apparently was let go/reassigned by the temp agency this week while they were on vacation, and coworkers found out because their email is no longer valid.

There is also a new B temp starting next week to take on a combination of two other temps' work. (We knew one was leaving late summer). I think my boss knows about this, but me and my coworkers only know a new temp is starting because other temps told us.
