..But God!

“When they had crossed over, they came to shore at Gennesaret and anchored there. As they got out of the boat, people immediately recognized Him. They hurried throughout that region and began to carry the sick on mats to wherever they heard He was.” (Mark 6:53‭-‬55) ⠀ I think it’s easy for us to imagine that Jesus was just some contemplative man of prayer, that He spent His days with the Father, and that He wasn’t necessarily busy. ⠀ The picture that the Gospels present is actually much different. Especially in Mark, it seems like every day, Jesus is going somewhere new, “crossing over” to a new place, and encountering new people. Everywhere He went, there were crowds and people seeking Him out. Day in, day out, Jesus was travelling and spending time with crowds. ⠀ We have a high priest who sympathizes with us. Who sympathizes with our busyness. He gets it. But yet He also shows us the key to making it sustainable - continually stepping away for time with the Father. May we follow His example.

Submerge yourself in keeping contact with Holy Spirit. It will work out.
