nah got to stay in shape. you never had matcha? you need to try it. it's really good for you. matcha is a finely ground powder made from specially shade-grown Japanese green tea leaves. it's one of my favourite drinks.

they are six and four. they love the beach, they just don't love when they are on set and have to watch mom work all the time. oh gosh i have no worries that they will be okay everyone loves to have them around. it might just give them more fun so they can do other things.

haha well, at least there is that! i'm sure your days were filled with Blue-y. i wouldn't say you aren't mothering right, everyone has their own ways of parenting but i will say that those shows might be a little bit too mature for children under at least the age of thirteen i suppose. i don't know i was raised in a rather open household and my mum didn't hide anything from me. if i had a question or wanted to watch something, she let me and gave me what she called an age appropriate answer. i got the birds and the bees conversation when i was around twelve because i watched a movie with her and asked about 'horizontal jumping on the bed' but it was really a conversation that was more like "when a man and a woman love each other they defy gravity by jumping horizontally on the bed." so that's the extent of that, as i got older and matured more the conversation got a little better and more informative. i just hope it is as successful as a show possibly can be, if only because — and correct me if i'm wrong, we're friends and i think you and it both deserve a good long run. please please do! i'm gonna be there bright and early tomorrow morning, if you're okay with that.

i am a parent that thinks if they want to watch the show they should be allowed to watch it. if you think about it baywatch is about a father and son relationship, but with a lot of action. if something comes up and they have questions explain it in ways that they will understand. if people don't like how i parent that is on them and not me. they already asked me were babys come form and i handled that very well. i don't even think they showed anything to revealing on the old show because it wasn't allowed back then anyways. it's the new show i have to be worried about this one is a whole different ball game because a lot more things are allowed. you will be my first text when it comes out and i will tell you if it did well or not. maybe if we have a viewing you can come?

we are mostly filming on vince beach. maybe just maybe i can talk to wardorbe and try to get you official trunks, but you must wear them to promote show when comes out next year.

you never know, being an actor is hard, you can have a steady job one day and then no job the next, but that is the fun of it to because you can explore other types of acting. you can try movies or try to get guest spots on other shows. acting is so exciting. well we have a bunch of hot fake lifegaurds, does that count?

it's one of the best feelings in the world. i used to watch the show as a kid, so when i got to work with all the people i admire i had a feild day. i also feel like a superhero in the one peice.

what's your favorite thing about the beach? i feel like if i spend more than two hours there, i come back looking like a bloody lobster, and it's never a good look. everyone talks about relaxing by the ocean, but half the time i'm just trying not to get sunburnt.

the sounds of the waves, they are extremely calming when one person is having a bad day. sunblock and your handlers they make sure you never turn in to a lobster. mine puts a bottle in my bag every day because she knows i loose things.
