oh gosh no, i heard the effects that engery drinks can have on people. with my job right now i have to be in tip top shape and i have to swim a lot so i don't think that would be the right thing to mix in. maybe i will try macta for a bit just for a change.
Most of them are nae worse than coffee, honestly. Just gotta have them in moderation. They're filled with loads of vitamins, too. So sure they're no great, but they do the job. Matcha seems to be everywhere nowadays. What's up with that?
