ao3 doesn't have an app because for it to have an app, appstore will have to approve it first. and if, hypothetically, ao3 needs appstore to approve it, it will also have to abide by appstore's pro-censorship stance and start banning dark and taboo fics, which is against its own core principle of being completely against censorship.

ao3 doesn't need an app. it works more than fine without an app. the reason ao3 can allow dark and taboo fics, the reason it can allow the most disgusting and shockingly vile fics, and be completely against censorship is because it doesn't need appstore's approval. it stands on its own as a non-profit organization with functioning site and a team of lawyers protecting its platform, its users, and every single fanwork on its platform.

The dog robots are supposed to be autonomous, threehalves is explicitly only for being piloted by a human. The giant horns make it difficult for this machine to enter through doorways, and that is the point. Coupled with the built-in weak points, it is very easy to disable this thing, so it can't be used by the police or the military effectively.

A whole month I stayed away from the campaign because, honestly, I was exhausted… tired of the disappointments, and your disappointments were harder on me than anything I've ever faced.. 💔💔

But today I'm back again, and I'm back because I have to try again, because the circumstances are beyond my control, and because my dream of reopening my pharmacy hasn't died.

I'm a doctor, and I've never been one to beg or ask people for help. Begging isn't in my nature, and it's never been a part of my life. But the war destroyed my pharmacy, and with it, a large part of my life. Today, I need you so I can get back on my feet and start earning a living again..💔💔

I'm not asking for luxury… I'm asking for a chance to start over.

I've returned to the campaign despite all the frustration, despite all the disappointments, and despite having lost hope for so long.

But I have only one request: don't make me regret coming back.

And I say this frankly… I will never forget those who stood by me, nor will I forget those who could have helped but chose to let me down. There are things one can forgive, but there is a kind of betrayal that remains in the heart.. 💔💔

Today I need you more than ever. Even a small contribution, or sharing this post, could be the reason my pharmacy reopens.

I got nothing done at work today because I have been obsessed with this sink. This is very much a me problem, nevertheless I have Findings.

Some astute tumblrinas (to whom I am indebted for the waste of an afternoon) noted the knob had the name of the Italian design company Ritmonio. My wild goose chase through all the products on their website yielded nothing like this sink.

I had more success with a reverse image search. This led me to this article by Leicht Los Angeles (a kitchen cabinetry company).

A basic web search for Sonobath turned up these articles by Kitchen and Bath Business.

However, the Sonobath website seems defunct. So naturally, I plugged it into the Wayback Machine anddddd

Bumdada da! Dumb sinks galore! The sink in your photo seems to be a version of the Titus sink.

Yes, all the models of sinks have names like that. The model Hydros has the tagline "vessel sink or interactive sculpture? you decide." It looks like this.

Which, I'll be honest, looks exactly like the Ethos sink, but rotated 90 degrees and rocks added. Or perhaps it's the inverse. Who knows!

The genius? behind these "sinks" seems to be one Jae Omar. He seems to have transitioned from bathrooms to whole houses. He has a new website.

I have no point and no final conclusion (at least, not beyond "rich people have remarkably poor taste"). But I spent all day figuring this out and none of my friends have been appreciative of my efforts. So now I'm dumping it on to tumblr.
