Ingredients: 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee. 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy. 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom. Whipped cream optional. Ground cinnamon optional.
Instructions: Make a strong coffee or espresso using the method you like best. Put the milk in a small saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat. It only needs to be hot, so don't let it boil. Add the ground cardamom and maple syrup to the hot milk and stir until everything is well mixed. Put the coffee or espresso that has been brewed into a big mug. Pour the maple cardamom milk slowly over the coffee in the mug and stir it in gently to mix. You could add whipped cream and ground cinnamon on top if you want to. If you want to drink your Maple Cardamom Latte, do it hot.
