Neither therapy nor medication seem to work for me. I have social anxiety, depression, and possibly bpd. Help?

Sometimes, therapists stop being helpful. Or medications stop being effective. You should find a psychiatrist or doctor that you can talk to about trying different approaches. I know that sounds awful and tedious (It once took me almost 6 months to find a new medication that helped my major depression. But when I found one that helped it was AMAZING), but it can be very helpful. Itās also possible that medication or therapy wonāt help. But you canāt give up.
