Intersex advocates have actually asked you people to stop using them as pawns to pretend like the sex binary doesn't exist. DSDs work within the sex binary because they are actually divided by sex.

Even ambiguous genitalia like you described are divided by sex, because they form differently between members of either (yes, either) sex.

Ambiguous genitalia for females includes things such as enlarged clitori, and for males, micropenises. Hermaphroditism doesn't exist, and has been debunked by actual intersex groups.
