i had a customer get genuinely short & frustrated with me when i asked if she wanted her white mocha hot or iced like straight up said “that drink doesn’t come iced” and i said “we can do it either way which is why i’m asking” and she said “nobody has ever asked me that before. you know what i’m trying to order right” like oooohhhh my fucking god why do you have to make such a big deal about it.
