This Keto Naan Bread is a perfect low-carb alternative to traditional naan, making it an ideal companion for your keto-friendly curries. It's flavorful, easy to make, and pairs perfectly with all your favorite Indian dishes.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tbsp coconut flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 2 tbsp melted butter. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. Optional: sesame seeds, chopped cilantro for topping.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put baking powder, garlic powder, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour in a bowl. With the dry ingredients still together, add the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. Make 4 equal pieces of dough and roll each one into a ball. Put a dough ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out into an oval shape that is flat and about 1/4 inch thick. Possible: On top of the flattened dough, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Place the dough that has been flattened on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Have your Keto Naan Bread with your favorite curry that is also keto-friendly.
