Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomato. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices of your favorite bread, toasted.
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth but slightly chunky. Add the diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and lime juice to the mashed avocado. Stir everything together until well combined. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Spread a generous amount of the guacamole onto each slice of toasted bread.
