While to the others they are simply labeled pearl for the purpose of OC's and for a real name they will be labeled with nicknames here. To canon it'd simply be 'pearl' like every other pearl  _____________ The new floor model Pearl here to show off the latest looks and new accessories  She's quietly intelligent, capping herself off as no one likes a 'show off'. She is intelligent enough to be aware of whats expected and not step outside of line. Shes here to entertain after all and isn't that just so much better than standing around?  Wide and shiny eyed and happy to be useful, loving to dance with the display ornaments at a moments notice or change her outfit before another gem for them to see how it'd look in full color and on their own pearl if they didn't bring her. 

Ramu hasn't thought yet of why Nene hasn't been picked- maybe it's just that she slips through the cracks or just unlucky that she hasn't been selected yet when other pearls are  picked over her to be given away At least Ramu finds it enjoyable that they get along so well- it'd be miserable being stuck with another pearl that she didn't like!

Nene has been servicnig this reef for many years now, seeing multiple pearls come and go It's hard for pearls with very specific gem placements to be taken- at least thats what Nene assumes for the newer comer taking longer to

Nene has grown attached to Ramu, the two often at eachothers hip Finding solace in that - even unspoken- that theres someone here who knows exactly what its like how silly of her, its great here isn't it? too many wandering thoughts lately… Nene thus needs to busy herself more as clearly shes having too much time to think more than a pearl should

To be bubbly and kind, she smiles everyday __________________

They are not the abalones personal servant pearls, think of the two more of common servant helpers like workers at retail. Waiting for more. 

As all floor model pearls they await rejuvenation for when they're given to their new honor. Seeing it as a badge of pride ready to go 'where they belong'. 

Unaware of the true horror of what personhood being stripped and reset truly is as like many pearls who believe the homeworlds message and rules that they are just to do as told. To quote Yellow Pearl " Of course not! My feelings are irrelevant." The two embody what a era 1 reef pearl is like before they are given to a gem.
