I tried your wwx oatmeal recipe after the reviews came in to see what the fuss was about (lol).
I gotta say, it’s pretty good? Genuinely just tastes like spicy congee! Nice balance of spice and umami. I added a fried egg for protein and scallions for garnish, and it’s just right.
P.s. Letting it sit on the countertop was indeed the correct and safe way to eat this breakfast. I now trust your recipes with my life.

Recipe in plaintext:
Dry Ingredients:
225g self-raising flour
100g coconut sugar/brown sugar
one teaspoon baking powder
half teaspoon each ginger and cinnamon
quarter teaspoon each cloves and cayenne pepper
zest of one large orange.
Wet Ingredients:
100g unsalted butter (softened),
Four tablespoons milk,
one medium egg.
450g apples (about six small cooking apples).
75g glace cherries and 25g crystallized ginger. other preserved fruit works fine but try to go for crystallized or candied rather than dried; the sugar syrup makes the cake sweeter and less dry.
Mix the dry ingredients until homogeneous, then beat in the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth and flows rather than sticking (this will take longer than you think it will). Then add the fruit, mix until evenly distributed, pour it in an eight-inch cake tin (greased and lined with baking paper) and bake for an hour and ten minutes at 170 celsius in a fan oven or 190 in a conventional. let it cool five minutes in the tin, then completely on a rack.
Serve with curd, or clotted cream, or another topping of your choice.

If Cayenne has no defenders in the world, it is because I have perished...
Habaneros are my favourite peppers, but Cayenne powder is cheap and easy to obtain. Plus it has a mild flavour and pairs well with anything! I put it in most of my food. Especially my sweets.

[Tres Leches, Tres Maneras recipes]
A-Qing's recipe is a good 'budget' tres leches, though very valid to crave a bit more sweetness! A sprinkle of sugar is a good recommendation, and I have added it to the recipe!
Xue Yang's recipe...Well. I have been told the longer it sits the worse it gets. Several people have attempted it already and I am still so deeply sorry. That said, @theshenanijiang made a great revision of the recipe, wife approved:

What they don't tell yo about having WWX as a icon, is that it allows him to possess you and you will feel compelled to start doing unethical experiments, such as drinkable battery acid.

I think there is interesting AU potential given some fun similarities, but even I, a lunatic who can find crossover crumbs in nearly everything, must put down my foot and say 'these two stories are incredibly different'.
That said...An AU where WWX hides out as a monk under a pseudonyme and takes on the role of instructor, not realizing that it puts him back in contact with the Lan Clan would be quite brilliant. There are some good meals to be had in this kitchen.
